Q&A
1. How to bind the camera?
Open the APP, scan device body or the shared QR code to add device binding.
2. After the first successful binding of the camera, why can not the phone connect to the camera?
1) Check whether the SIM card inserted with right way, the notched section of the SIM card faces outwardsthe as follows:
2) Ensure that the SIM card is normal, with sufficient data traffic and no arrears. The status of the SIM card can be inquired through the [4G Service] page. If there is no information on the [4G Service] page, please contact the after-sales for help.
3. How to untie the camera?
1) Log in to the APP, through the original binding account in the list of equipment, select the device to unbind, click [Settings], and click [Remove the equipment]. After the device is successfully untied, you can bind the new account.
2) If you forget the original binding account, you can use the new account to add equipment, fill in relevant materials, and apply for unbinding. There will be relevant technical personnel to help untie the binding.
4. Forget account password, can not login, how to solve?
You can choose [forget the password] on the mobile phone APP login interface for password reset, or through the mobile phone number, obtain the mobile phone verification code, verify login.
5. What’s to do if the camera shows offline?
1) Check if the SIM card has traffic. Through the mobile phone APP, in the device list, select the corresponding device, click [4G Service] to see the traffic usage, whether the traffic has been exceeded. Select the [My Package] to see if the validity period has expired.
2) The traffic card still has traffic, and the package is not expired. Please contact the after-sales service, provide the corresponding traffic card number and equipment serial number, they will help to confirm the equipment and SIM card status in the background.
3) If background query is normal, please power off and restart the device, check whether the PTZ will rotate during the power-on process, cover the light green origin (photosensitive) in front of the camera, check whether the infrared light will be on, If there is no response, replace the power cord plug.
